Only high quality materials are delivered by qualified suppliers. Raw materials and finished products are stored in our locked safety vaults and/or warehouse.
We maintain an all-encompassing accounting of the production processes, from pre-production process to delivery, which is then retained to ensure monitoring and traceability. Production quality is continuously monitored by production cross-checks. We ensure non-compliant products are identified and controlled to prevent misuse.
For our operation, we utilize the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and the ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System. In addition, a corresponding internal regulation (rules of security, production, and control) of the manufacturing of securities is also in place.
Production waste and scrap are recorded in the relevant protocols. They are destroyed under the control of security guarding, in a documented manner to ensure traceability.
